CANCELLATIONS and Refunds
A refund or alternative date will be given if Immerse Outdoors Cancels an activity for any reason. We will still continue with sessions in the rain ( these days are SOMETIMES the most magical) we do however cancel due to wind conditions.
Refunds will not be given for any activity booking CANCELLATIONS with less than one weeks notice, 50% refund with two weeks notice and 100% refund with one month notice.
