A 2.5- 3 hour session around the beautiful upper reaches of the Helford River. Launching from Gweek Classic Boatyard around the high tide.

Minimum age for the 3 hr session is 13

Please note if you are new to SUP or under 13 you may wish to try a discover session first. (min age 10)

DUE TO COVID 19 WE WILL NOT BE ISSUING WETSUITS THROUGH JULY AND AUGUST THE WATER TEMPERATURE IN THE UPPER REACHES OF THE HELFORD ARE QUITE REASONABLE AT THIS TIME OF YEAR HOWEVER PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU WISH.
